Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Moira Travel (Unique Ephesus Tours). By booking or participating in a tour and any related products or services (a “Tour”) with Moira Travel (“we”, “us”, or “the Tour Operator”), you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.

By booking a Tour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, and any other written communication provided prior to booking confirmation, constitute the full agreement between you and Moira Travel.

If you are booking on behalf of other participants, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

• A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from the Tour Operator or authorized agent.

• Final payment is due 30 days prior to the departure date of your first booked service.

• For bookings made within 15 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

• If full payment is not received by the deadline, Moira Travel reserves the right to cancel your reservation and retain the deposit as a cancellation fee.

• All transaction fees charged by banks or credit card institutions are the responsibility of the client and are non-refundable.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be provided according to the schedule below:

• 31+ days before departure: Full refund (minus bank, airline, or cruise ticket fees)

• 30–15 days before departure: 65% refund

• 14–8 days before departure: 50% refund

• 7 days or fewer before departure: No refund

Moira Travel will deduct cancellation charges from the total amount paid at the time of cancellation.

We collect personal information only as necessary to deliver your Tour and associated services. This includes sharing relevant information with trusted third-party suppliers for the purpose of operating your tour.

By submitting your personal information, you consent to our use of it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Travel insurance is mandatory under Turkish law and must cover:

           o Personal accident

          o Death

          o Medical expenses and repatriation

          o Lost or stolen luggage

          o Cancellation or curtailment of your trip

• Insurance should not exclude adventure activities you plan to join.

• You are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance and must provide proof of coverage on Day 1 of your tour.

• Moira Travel accepts no liability for incidents where adequate insurance is not held.

Moira Travel is not liable for:

• Losses, injuries, or damages sustained by clients

• Delays, changes, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemic regulations)

• Actions or omissions of third-party suppliers
