PAYMENT PROCESS

• To ensure your reservations/ bookings, we require a 25–30% deposit payment, which can be made through our secure and encrypted SSL credit card platforms. The balance payment can be paid in cash upon arrival to Turkey at the start of your Turkey Travel.

• On arrival in Turkey, you will have to make the final balance payment (70–75%) IN CASH.

• Our service prices are shown in USD, however upon request, they can be translated to EUR or Turkish Lira. Please be advised that there will be an additional VAT charge of 10% to 15% of the total price if you choose to use a credit card to pay the remaining balance.

• Once you have completed your deposit, our team will start completing/booking the items included in your tour package! And, you will be ready to pick your travel!

 RESERVATION PROCESS

• Fill out the Reservation Form: Complete the reservation form provided by the tour provider. Ensure that you provide all the required information accurately.

• Submit the Reservation Form: Send the completed reservation form to the tour provider and wait for their response.

• Check Your Email: Keep a close eye on your email inbox as the tour provider will contact you within a few hours. Check your email frequently to ensure you don’t miss their response.

• Review Reservation Details: In the email response, you will receive all the final information about your reservation, including the total cost, availability, and any additional details. Review this information carefully.

• Deposit Payment: To secure your reservation, you will be required to make a deposit payment of 25% to 30% of the total amount. The tour provider will provide instructions on how to make the deposit payment, typically through credit card payment.

• Balance Payment: The remaining 75% of the total amount will be paid in cash upon your arrival in Turkey. You will settle the balance payment at the start of your trip.

• Confirmation and Reservation Completion: Once you have made the deposit payment, the tour provider will proceed to complete your reservation. They will book domestic flights, hotels, tours, and other components of your package.

• Receive Final Documents: The tour provider will send you the final documents, which will include all the necessary information about your reservation. Review these documents carefully to ensure that all the details are accurate.
